Today: Becoming mostly sunny. Blustery and quite cold. Highs only zero to 5 above. Winds northwest 10 to 25 mph, gusting to 35 mph, diminishing this afternoon.

Tonight: Mostly clear, with some high clouds arriving after midnight. Cold. Lows 10 to 15 below zero. Northwest winds 10 to 15 mph, diminishing to light and variable.

Saturday: Any early sun fading behind thickening clouds, with snow developing in the afternoon, an inch or two by evening. Highs in the upper teens to near 20. Winds light, becoming south to southeast 10 to 15 mph, some gusts to 25 mph over the higher terrain.

Extended Forecast:

Saturday Night: Snow, with additional accumulations of 4 inches or more. Lows in the teens to near 20, but rising overnight. Winds south to southeast 10 to 15 mph, gusting to 30 mph.

Sunday: Snow tapering to snow showers. Some light accumulations. Highs in the 20s to near 30, falling later in the day. Winds shifting to the west 10 to 15 mph, gusting to 30 mph.

Sunday Night: Scattered snow showers. Lows in the single numbers.
